A new seat at the table. In one year, RWA perps grew from near zero into a fixture of crypto derivatives, standing alongside The Big 3 as a core part of the market. The future of finance is onchain.

AWS growth accelerated again. Amazon’s results show both the earnings momentum and the investment needed to support it. Q3 results included: • Revenue: $201.9B, up 12% YoY • Operating income: $28.1B, versus $17.4B a year earlier • Operating margin: a record 13.9% • Net income: $20.7B, versus $21.2B a year earlier AWS revenue grew 39.3% to about $46B, its fastest pace in nearly five years. Operating income reached $17.8B, up from $11.4B. North America and International operating profits also increased, showing that the improvement extended beyond cloud. Retail comparisons have a timing wrinkle. Prime Day moved into Q2 in most major markets, after falling entirely in Q3 last year. Amazon said revenue growth would have been about four percentage points higher without that shift. Meanwhile, last year’s Q3 included $9.5B in pre-tax gains from Anthropic investments. That helps explain why net income declined even as operating profit increased. The outlook adds a different perspective. Amazon forecasts Q4 revenue of $240B-$247B, or 12%-16% growth. The $243.5B midpoint is slightly below the $244.5B LSEG estimate cited by CNBC. Investment and cash flow remain central: • Q3 cash capital expenditures: $75.9B • Trailing 12-month operating cash flow: $168.3B, up 29% • Trailing 12-month free cash flow: a $42.4B outflow The cash flow figures cover a rolling year, not Q3 alone. Management said quarterly cash capex primarily supported AWS and AI infrastructure, and expects spending to rise meaningfully in 2027. The contrast is clear: cloud demand and operating profit are growing, while infrastructure investment absorbs cash. The next phase depends on how effectively new capacity is deployed and used, and how that usage translates into cash generation. Can AWS sustain its momentum while Amazon improves the cash returns on its AI build-out? #AmazonQ3AWSAccelerates

Coinbase returned to profit in Q3, but investment gains and customer revenue tell different parts of the story. For the quarter ended Sep 30, the company reported: • GAAP net income: $719M • Adjusted net income: $78M • Adjusted EBITDA: $333M, up 60% QoQ • Transaction revenue: about $590M, down roughly 44% YoY This marked 15 consecutive quarters of positive adjusted EBITDA. It does not mean 15 quarters of uninterrupted GAAP net profit. Approximately $715M in gains on crypto assets held for investment contributed substantially to reported earnings. Valuation gains differ from customer fees and are not equivalent to cash proceeds from selling assets. The gap between GAAP and adjusted net income puts the recovery in context. The two measures should be assessed alongside the company’s reconciliation, rather than treating adjusted profit as headline profit minus a single investment gain. Subscription and services represented 49% of net revenue, highlighting the importance of income beyond transaction fees. This adds another perspective alongside weaker trading-related revenue. Prediction markets surpassed $200M in annualized revenue. This describes an annualized pace, not $200M earned during Q3. Its future contribution will depend on whether customer activity can sustain that momentum. Other customer metrics added context: • Average USDC held in Coinbase products: $22B, up 49% YoY • Paid Coinbase One subscribers: up 24% YoY to a record These show different forms of engagement. Stablecoin balances indicate funds held within products, while paid subscriptions reflect uptake of a membership offering. Neither alone establishes future transaction revenue or profitability. The quarter combines a return to reported profit, lower transaction revenue and contributions from other businesses. Separating investment gains from customer-driven income gives a clearer view of the recovery and the sources that could sustain it. Can Coinbase build more consistent earnings beyond transaction fees? #CoinbaseQ3ProfitReturns

Intel’s Q3 revenue and operating margin improved, but a weaker Q4 outlook put PC demand and supply constraints in focus. Results released on Oct 29 included: • Revenue: $16.5B, up 21% YoY • GAAP diluted EPS: $0.60 • Non-GAAP diluted EPS: $0.52 • GAAP operating margin: 15.3%, versus 5.0% a year earlier The earnings picture was mixed. GAAP net income attributable to Intel fell 18% to $3.3B, while non-GAAP net income rose 169% to $2.8B. Operating improvement and a decline in reported net income can coexist; the measures capture different aspects of performance. Intel said revenue, gross margin and EPS exceeded its own guidance. CNBC also reported non-GAAP EPS above the $0.40 LSEG estimate. The concern was less about that result than what comes next. The business mix shows why. Data Center and AI revenue rose 78% to $7.3B, while Client Computing and Physical AI revenue fell 5% to $8.1B. Management described data center growth as its strongest in 15 years and prioritized expanding Xeon supply. Server demand and PC demand are moving differently. Strong orders are one part of the story; available production capacity determines how quickly Intel can turn them into shipments. For Q4, Intel forecasts: • Revenue: $15B-$16B • Non-GAAP EPS: $0.25 Both were below LSEG estimates of $17.1B and $0.43, according to CNBC. Shares fell more than 20% in extended trading after the release. Management expects the PC slowdown to last through at least H1 2027. An extended shutdown at an Israeli fab is also affecting 10-nanometer chip shipments, adding a supply constraint to the demand challenge. Intel generated $5.1B in operating cash flow in Q3. That provides funding context, although it is distinct from free cash flow after capital spending. The next quarter will test whether server momentum and better operating execution can offset softer PC demand and shipment disruptions. Can Intel’s data center growth help it navigate the weaker Q4 outlook? #IntelQ4OutlookMiss

Strategy’s record Q3 profit puts Bitcoin valuation gains and treasury financing in the same frame. For the quarter ended Sep 30, the company reported: • Net income: $19.53B • Net income attributable to common stockholders: $19.12B • GAAP diluted EPS: $44.75 • Digital asset gains: $20.91B • Software revenue: $125.4M, down about 3% YoY Bitcoin rose 43% during Q3, providing context for the valuation gains. These earnings reflect the quarter ended Sep 30, not subsequent price movements. Fair-value gains are not cash proceeds from selling BTC. They can increase reported profit while holdings remain intact. Lower prices in a later reporting period can have the opposite effect, even without a sale. Strategy’s Oct 25 treasury update showed: • BTC holdings: 848,517, up 26% year to date • Bitcoin purchases: $14.33B year to date • Capital raised: $21.23B year to date For common shareholders, total BTC holdings matter alongside share issuance, preferred dividends and interest obligations. Treasury growth alone does not show how value changes on a per-share basis. Strategy also reported $5.07B in USD assets and estimated 3.4 years of coverage for dividend and interest obligations. STRC preferred-share repurchases totaled $2.04B, including shares not yet settled as of Oct 25. The coverage estimate adds a liquidity perspective to the profit headline. Its usefulness depends on how resources and obligations evolve. Repurchasing preferred shares also represents a different capital-allocation choice from adding BTC. The quarter combines record earnings with an expanding treasury and active funding management. The next assessment involves more than Bitcoin’s direction: valuation changes, capital raising and recurring obligations all help explain the financial picture. What will matter most for Strategy’s next quarter: BTC prices, treasury growth or funding costs? #StrategyQ3ProfitSurges

SanDisk’s Q1 puts data center storage at the center of its growth story, with profitability adding another dimension. For the fiscal quarter ended Oct 2, 2026, the company reported: • Revenue: $11.031B, up 378% YoY and 23% QoQ • GAAP net income: $8.1B • GAAP diluted EPS: $52.60 • Non-GAAP diluted EPS: $49.51 Revenue surpassed the top of its previous $10.3B-$10.8B guidance range. Non-GAAP EPS also exceeded its $44-$46 outlook, putting the quarter in context beyond the annual growth rate. Data center revenue reached $4.802B, up 61% QoQ, while consumer revenue fell 29%. Management attributed the data center performance to strong and growing product demand. The contrast highlights a shifting business mix. Infrastructure demand supported overall growth even as consumer sales weakened, making the durability of data center demand an important part of the outlook. GAAP gross margin reached 85.0%, versus 84.6% last quarter. This adds a profitability measure to the revenue story. The next phase will show how demand, pricing and product mix affect that margin as the business expands. For Q2, SanDisk forecasts: • Revenue: $12.2B-$12.6B. • Non-GAAP diluted EPS: $55-$57. All EPS figures here are on a pre-split basis. The outlook points to further growth, but remains management guidance rather than a result already delivered. Capital returns also stood out. SanDisk repurchased approximately 3.2M shares for $5B during Q1, bringing repurchases over two quarters to 6M shares, roughly 4% of shares outstanding. An eight-for-one stock split was also announced, with split-adjusted trading expected to begin Nov 20. The split changes per-share figures, not the value of the business by itself. The quarter combines rapid data center growth, high margins and a stronger revenue outlook. Sustaining that performance will depend on continued demand and execution. Can data center momentum keep powering SanDisk’s growth into Q2? #SanDiskQ1RevenueUp378%

US growth accelerated in Q3, while September’s spending data showed softer momentum. The Oct 29 releases reported: • Q3 real GDP: 3.4% annualized growth, versus 2.2% in Q2 • September core PCE inflation: 3.1% YoY • Headline PCE inflation: 3.6% YoY • Real consumer spending: broadly flat MoM GDP exceeded the 3.2% forecast, but the sources of growth matter. Investment, consumer spending and government spending supported output. Investment growth was led by inventories and equipment. Inventory accumulation contributes to GDP, but differs from final customer demand. An increase can reflect planned stockbuilding or changes in sales, so it does not automatically mean stronger demand or unwanted stock. Real final sales to private domestic purchasers, combining consumer spending and private fixed investment, grew 4.9% annualized, versus 4.6% in Q2. Unlike headline GDP, this measure excludes inventory investment, government spending and net exports. The quarterly and monthly readings cover different windows. GDP describes July through September, while the spending report captures September alone. A strong quarter can end with slower consumption momentum. Nominal consumer spending rose 0.5% in September, while the PCE price index also increased 0.5%. Real spending was essentially unchanged, and real disposable personal income fell 0.3%, adding context to household purchasing power. The policy backdrop remains a balance between economic resilience and elevated inflation. The Fed held rates at 3.75%-4.00% in October in a 10-2 vote, with two officials favoring a 25 basis point increase. The GDP release is an advance estimate and remains subject to revision. Growth composition, subsequent inflation readings and labor data will help clarify whether September’s softer spending becomes a broader trend. Will resilient growth or softer household spending carry more weight in December’s rate decision? #USCorePCERisesTo3.1%
